Brewers' Keon Broxton forced out of Thursday's after being hit by a pitch
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Keon Broxton made an early exit from Thursday afternoon's meeting with the Colorado Rockies when he took an Antonio Senzatela pitch to the face.
Broxton was left with a bloody nose after being hit, though he did walk off the field under his own power. We will have a better idea of the extent of his injury later today, and for the meantime Kirk Nieuwenhuis is filling in in the outfield.
Assuming he doesn't have to miss any extended time, numberFire's models project Broxton to hit .230 in 436 plate appearances with 15 home runs, 44 RBI's and 51 runs scored over the remainder of the season.
