Mets bump Noah Syndergaard (blister) from Saturday to Sunday

New York Mets starting pitcher Noah Syndergaard's (blister) next scheduled start has been pushed back from Saturday to Sunday.

What It Means:

Syndergaard had to be removed early from Monday's start against the Atlanta Braves after a blister on his middle finger popped. He made it through six innings and 86 pitches before being lifted with the score 0-0. Thor gave up zero runs, and only five hits while striking out seven batters. Robbie Gsellman will be moved up one day to start on Saturday.

Syndergaard was projected for 14 wins, 239 strikeouts, a 3.03 ERA, and a 1.09 WHIP in 204 2/3 innings this season.
