Anthony Rendon (calf) unable to make it for Nationals' opener
Washington Nationals infielder Anthony Rendon (calf) is not in the starting lineup for Opening Day against the Miami Marlins.
Rendon is hoping to return after Tuesday's day off. Stephen Drew is handling things at the hot corner for the Nationals in their first matchup of the season. He makes for a solid DFS value play ($2,300 on FanDuel) versus Edinson Volquez and the Marlins.
numberFire's algorithms expect Rendon to hit 17 home runs and 74 RBI's with a .272 batting average across 616 plate appearances this season.
