Twins' Brian Dozier homers in fifth straight game
Minnesota Twins second baseman Brian Dozier went 1-for-4 with a home run in Tuesday's loss to the Kansas City Royals.
That dinger not only gave Dozier home runs in five straight, but in seven of his last eight games. He's up to 25 taters since the All Star break, a full six more than anybody else has hit.
Unsurprisingly, Dozier is sporting some impressive numbers from the dish on the season, slashing .278/.349/.580 with a .385 wOBA and .301 ISO through 595 plate appearances.
