Domingo Santana goes yard twice in Brewers' victory
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Domingo Santana blasted two home runs and scored three times on 3-for-5 hitting as the Brewers blew out the Pittsburgh Pirates 10-0 on Sunday.
Sunday marked Santana's first time going yard since his August 19 return from an elbow injury, while bringing him up to six runs scored and four RBI's through 14 games (36 plate appearances) in that span.
The 23-year-old Santana has shown some promise from the dish this year, slashing .241/.349/.411 with a .334 wOBA and .171 ISO through 186 plate appearances, but he also owns a very shaky 32.8 percent strikeout rate, and his wOBA and ISO are both slight steps back from last season.
