Lorenzo Cain (wrist) sitting out again for Royals
Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain (wrist) remains out of the starting lineup Friday against the Detroit Tigers.
Cain has been fighting a left wrist injury and Friday's absence will be the second-straight game he's missed. However, it looks like he's expected to return to the lineup on Saturday. Jarrod Dyson -- and his .291 wOBA -- will man center field Friday.
Cain has struggled a bit this season, slashing .287/.336/.409 with nine home runs through 429 plate appearances. His .320 wOBA is his lowest since 2013. We project him to hit two more taters and post a .749 OPS over the remaining course of the season.
