Yankees' Gary Sanchez knocks in four RBI's on Friday
New York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez continued to destroy the baseball in Friday’s 14-4 win over the Baltimore Orioles, going 3-for-4 with a home run, four RBI's, and three runs scored.
Sanchez is dominating the ball in August, hitting. 425 this month. He has an amazing nine homers in his last 12 games and he added another one to his total on Friday after hitting a two-run double in the second inning. While he is surely due for some regression, Sanchez is just the third player in MLB history to reach 10 homers through his first 22 career games.
The Yankees' catcher is slashing .403/.459/.883 over 77 major league at bats this season. He owns an impressive 1.342 OPS to go along with 10 homers, 20 RBI's and a .547 wOBA in 2016.
