Diamondbacks activate Zack Greinke from 15-day disabled list
Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zack Greinke has been activated from the 15-day disabled list.
Greinke strained his right oblique in June, and has been out since June 28. He will return on Tuesday on the road against the New York Mets.
Greinke has had a bit of a rough year by his standards, with a 3.86 SIERA that is his worst since 2007, and a 3.62 ERA that is his worst since 2011. His 1.91 nERD doesn't crack the top 30 among pitchers this season.
