Detroit Tigers infielder Javier Baez is not in the lineup for the first game of Thursday's doubleheader versus right-hander Adrian Houser and the New York Mets.
What It Means:
Baez should be back in the order for the second game on Thursday. Zach McKinstry will cover shortstop in the early outing and hit ninth.
