Curtis Granderson returns to Mets' lineup Sunday

New York Mets outfielder Curtis Granderson (calf) is back in the lineup Sunday against the Chicago Cubs.

What It Means:

Granderson has been out since Tuesday with a strained calf, but he will make his return to the lineup on Sunday. He will play right field and hit second against Jon Lester, while Juan Lagares will leadoff and be in center.

Granderson is having a productive season for New York, posting a .324 wOBA with 13 long balls in 322 plate appearances. We project him to basically mirror his current production over the remaining course of the season, forecasting him to record a .318 wOBA with 11 more jacks and another five steals in 329 appearances at the plate.
