Red Sox' Justin Turner resting Thursday
The Boston Red Sox will give Justin Turner the evening off as they take on the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday.
Turner will take the evening off on Thursday while Rafael Devers starts at third base and bats second. Bobby Dalbec will cover first base.
Turner has made 614 plate appearances this season, batting .274 with a .799 OPS along the way. The veteran added 23 homers to his career numbers this season, with 85 runs, 96 RBI, and 4 stolen bases.
