Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Andrew McCutchen (Achilles) has been ruled out of the rest of the 2023 season.
What It Means:
McCutchen suffered a partial tear of his left Achilles and will miss the remainder of the season.
McCutchen will finish the 2023 season with a 0.256 average, 12 home runs, 43 RBI, and 11 stolen bases in 473 plate appearances.
