Desmond Jennings (quad) goes 0-for-3 in return for Rays
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Desmond Jennings had a rough outing against the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday, going 0-for-3 with one strikeout and one walk.
Jennings left Sunday's game with quad tightness, but it's an encouraging sign that he managed to play the full game on Tuesday.
Jennings has had a really rough season, ranking 325th with a -1.25 nERD. We project him to hit .229/.305/.335 with a .287 wOBA over the remainder of the season.
