Boston's David Ortiz continues tear, notches four more RBI's
Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz went 2-for-4 with four RBI's in Tuesday's win over the Colorado Rockies.
Ortiz plated a pair of runs with a single in the first inning and added two more RBI's with a double in the fourth. Big Papi now has 41 RBI's on the season, which leads all of baseball, and he's put up a blistering .333/.413/.686 batting line. Have we mentioned that Ortiz is 40 years old?
While he is currently sporting an otherworldly .444 wOBA, we expect him to regress a tad the rest of the way. Still, his rest-of-season projections -- a .388 wOBA with 25 more jacks -- are excellent.
