Domingo Santana whiffs in pinch-spot for Brewers on Thursday
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Domingo Santana (shoulder) struck out as a pinch-hitter in Thursday's loss to the Cincinnati Reds.
Santana has been in and out of the lineup this week due to some mild soreness around his right lat. It's unclear whether he'll be ready to start Friday, but he's day-to-day.
Santana has opened the season hitting .244/.327/.422 with a .320 wOBA and three home runs across 101 plate appearances. Our models currently project him to post a .308 wOBA with 12 home runs over the remaining course of the season.
