Gio Urshela (paternity) back in Twins' lineup Monday
Minnesota Twins infielder Gio Urshela (paternity) is back in the lineup for Monday's series opener against left-hander Tarik Skubal and the Detroit Tigers.
The Twins reinstated Urshela from the paternity list Monday after he missed the weekend series against the San Diego Padres. Urshela will start on third base and bat sixth while Jose Miranda covers first and bats cleanup. Luis Arraez will replace Tim Beckham as the Twins' designated hitter and bat third.
Urshela has a $2,500 salary on Monday and numberFire’s models project him for 10.9 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins’ implied total (4.22) is No. 8 out of 20 active teams Monday.
