J.T. Realmuto resting Thursday for Phillies
Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against right-hander Zach Thompson and the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Realmuto started all three games of the Phillies' series with the Atlanta Braves, but he's taking a seat for Thursday's opener. Garrett Stubbs will catch for Zack Wheeler and hit ninth.
Stubbs is currently numberFire's top point-per-dollar value among hitters on Thursday's main slate. He has a $2,000 salary and our models project him for 11.0 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Phillies’ implied total (4.26) is No. 10 out of the 16 teams on Thursday's main slate.
