Joey Votto (back) returns to Reds' lineup Tuesday
Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto (back) is back in the starting lineup for Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Gerrit Cole and the New York Yankees.
Votto missed a week while tending to a back injury, but he's back on first base and batting cleanup Tuesday in a tough matchup. Mike Moustakas will be the Reds' designated hitter and No. 8 batter while Donovan Solano sits.
numberFire’s models project Votto for 10.1 FanDuel points on Tuesday, and he has a $2,500 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Reds’ implied total (3.18) is the lowest in the majors on Tuesday.
