Aristides Aquino absent from Reds' lineup Thursday afternoon

Cincinnati Reds outfielder Aristides Aquino is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Zach Davies and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

What It Means:

Aquino was a late addition to Wednesday's lineup after Nick Senzel (back) was scratched. Senzel remains sidelined Thursday afternoon, but Aquino is taking a seat. Tommy Pham, Albert Almora, and TJ Friedl are starting across the outfield for the Reds. Joey Votto is at designated hitter while Colin Moran enters the lineup as the first baseman and No. 7 batter.

Friedl is currently numberFire's second-best and Moran is our fourth-best point-per-dollar value among hitters on Thursday. Friedl has a $2,200 salary and is projected for 12.0 FanDuel points while Moran ($2,000) is projected for 10.0 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Reds have the highest implied total (5.34) on the board and the over/under is the largest total (10.0) out of the 11 games being played.
