Josh Donaldson (hamstring) back in Twins' lineup Thursday
Minnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup for Thursday's series finale against left-hander Framber Valdez and the Houston Astros.
Donaldson's last start came on July 27 due to a hamstring issue, though he was able to make some pinch-hit appearances. He is staying out of the field on Thursday and will bat third as the Twins' designated hitter. Willians Astudillo is making the start on third base.
numberFire’s models project Donaldson for 11.1 FanDuel points and he has a $3,400 salary on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins have the lowest implied total in the majors on Thursday night.
