Nick Castellanos (wrist) activated, back in Reds' lineup Thursday
The Cincinnati Reds activated right fielder Nick Castellanos (wrist) from the 10-day injured list on Thursday.
Castellanos missed more than two weeks with a wrist fracture. He is returning to right field on Thursday in place of Aristides Aquino and hitting third versus right-hander Wil Crowe and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Kyle Farmer is hitting sixth after batting third last game. The Reds optioned Max Schrock to the minors in a corresponding roster move.
Castellanos is averaging 12.6 FanDuel points per game this season. Farmer has a $2,900 salary on Thursday's slate and numberFire's models project him to score 10.4 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Reds have an implied total of 5.3 runs on Thursday. Crowe is registering a 20.8 strikeout percentage with an 11.0 walk percentage this season.
