Mike Zunino (hip) back for Rays in Cleveland
Tampa Bay Rays catcher Mike Zunino is in the starting lineup for Friday's series opener against right-hander Zach Plesac and the Cleveland Indians.
Zunino was held out of the previous three lineups due to hip tightness. He is replacing Francisco Mejia behind the plate on Friday and hitting ninth.
numberFire’s models project Zunino for 10.6 FanDuel points and he has a $2,500 salary on Friday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Rays have an implied total of 4.7 runs. Plesac's strikeout rate this season (16.4 percent) ranks in the bottom eight percent of the league, but his walk rate (4.7 percent) is in the top sixth percentile.
