Tyler Stephenson on Reds' sidelines Thursday
Cincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against right-hander Adrian Houser and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Stephenson started on first base Wednesday while Joey Votto played designated hitter as the Reds wrapped up a road set against the Kansas City Royals. Votto is back on first for Thursday's opener and Tucker Barnhart is behind the plate again, leaving Stephenson out of the lineup.
numberFire’s models project Votto for 11.9 FanDuel points and he has a $3,700 salary on Thursday. Barnhart ($2,500) is projected for 9.7 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, Houser's strikeout percentage (18.7) and walk percentage (9.8) are in the bottom-four among Thursday's listed starters.
