Josh Harrison on Nationals' bench Wednesday
Washington Nationals infielder Josh Harrison is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's interleague game against right-hander Drew Rasmussen and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Harrison appears to be getting a routine breather. Jordy Mercer is replacing Harrison on second base and batting eighth. Rasmussen is making his first career MLB start.
numberFire’s models project Mercer for 7.3 FanDuel points and he has a $2,000 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Nationals have an implied total of 4.5 runs. Among Wednesday's listed starters, Rasmussen is registering the best strikeout rate (35.2 percent) and also the worst walk rate (15.4 percent) this season.
