Asdrubal Cabrera out of Nationals' lineup against Mets
Washington Nationals infielder Asdrubal Cabrera is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against left-hander David Peterson and the New York Mets.
Cabrera will sit after going 0-for-4 with a strikeout in Wednesday's series finale against the Philadelphia Phillies. Jake Noll will replace Cabrera on first base and bat sixth. Yan Gomes will move up to the cleanup spot.
numberFire's models expect Gomes to score 10.5 FanDuel points on Thursday with a salary of $2,700. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Nationals currently have an implied total of 4.4 runs.
