Andrew McCutchen absent from Phillies' lineup Monday
Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Andrew McCutchen is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Anibal Sanchez and the Washington Nationals.
McCutchen appears to be getting a maintenance day amid a 3-for-27 skid. Adam Haseley will make another start in left field and move up to the leadoff spot. Jay Bruce will start in right and hit sixth. Bryce Harper (back) will be the Phillies' designated hitter Monday despite leaving Sunday's game with lower back stiffness.
numberFire's models expect Bruce to score 12.1 FanDuel points on Monday with a salary of $2,700. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Phillies currently have an implied total of 4.8 runs.
