Rougned Odor scratched from Rangers' lineup with eye infection, Yadiel Rivera now starting Tuesday
Texas Rangers second baseman Rougned Odor has been scratched from Tuesday's lineup against left-hander Sean Manaea and the Oakland Athletics due to a right eye infection.
Yadiel Rivera will take Odor's place in the lineup and hit ninth. Robinson Chirinos and Isiah Kiner-Falefa are now up to the No. 7 and 8 spots in the order. Odor should be considered day-to-day for now. He has just a .150 batting average and .486 OPS this season after never previously having an average below .205 or an OPS below .649.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Rangers are +138 underdogs on Tuesday.
