A.J. Pollock not yet with Dodgers, but expected to report soon

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder A.J. Pollock hasn't shown up at the team's summer training camp as of yet, but he's expected to arrive sometime soon.

What It Means:

That's what manager Dave Rodgers told reporters Sunday. While he declined to give any further explanation of closer Kenley Jansen's absence from camp, he said he expects Pollock to appear soon. That language makes it sound like the team is waiting for a COVID-19 test to return results.

Our models currently project Pollock for a .263 batting average with a .783 OPS, 7 home runs, 24 runs, 24 RBI and 3 stolen bases.
