Phillies' Tommy Hunter headed to COVID-19 injured list
Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Tommy Hunter has been placed on the COVID-19 injured list along with three other teammates.
This list is designated for players who have tested positive, shown symptoms or simply come into contact with someone who tested positive. So while we don't exactly know what Hunter's official status is, it's probably safe to say that he'll be sidelined for at least the first couple weeks of Spring Training. We'll have to wait and see if an update on his status comes anytime soon.
In 5.3 innings last season, Hunter faced 18 batters and had a 0.00 ERA with a 0.38 WHIP.
