Steve Pearce not in Boston's Game 3 lineup
Boston Red Sox infielder Steve Pearce will not start in Game 3 of the World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
What It Means:
Pearce, who started Games 1 and 2, will be replaced at first base by Mitch Moreland against Dodgers starter Walker Buehler.
In Wednesday's Game 2 win, Pearce went 0-2 with an RBI before being pinch-hit for by Moreland.
