Gio Gonzalez to toe rubber for Brewers in National League Championship Series Game 1
Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Gio Gonzalez will start in Game 1 of the National League Championship Series on Friday versus the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Gonzalez will kick things off on the mound for Milwaukee in Game 1 after not making an appearance in the National League Division Series. The 33-year-old left-hander spun a 4.21 ERA and 1.44 WHIP with 148 strikeouts and 80 walks across 171 innings between the Brewers and Washington Nationals during the regular season.
