If you’re looking for another stacking option, the Rangers are a great place to start. Texas’ implied total of 5.3 runs is the highest of the slate, and they should have their way with Oakland Athletics’ lefty Sean Manaea.

Prior to the season, it would’ve been difficult to imagine a scenario where Ian Desmond’s salary would be over $5,000 at any point in the year, but his production warrants it. Desmond has been a star, boasting a .371 wOBA with 19 jacks and 16 steals. He ended up having to settle for a one-year, $8 million deal this past offseason, but dude is going to get some serious money this winter.

Desmond has been especially dominant against left-handed pitching, mauling southpaws to the tune of a .424 wOBA. He owns an incredible .502 wOBA at home against lefties, which is the situation on tap tonight.

Manaea is allowing a .386 wOBA on the road, and righties have got to him for a .331 wOBA. Texas’ right-handed sticks make for attractive options -- but none more so than Desmond.
