Carlos Beltran, OF, New York Yankees

FanDuel Price: $3,900

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Carlos Beltran absolutely should not be underowned tonight, but he continues to be lower owned than he should be every night. His price is up again today, which may keep some off of him despite the awesome matchup. Overall, he will likely be one of the five highest owned outfielders today, but the case could easily be made that he has the best matchup of any outfielder available.

Why You Should Use Him:

Beltran has homered in back to back games, pushing his season total to an impressive 15 long balls, 10 of which have come at home. His matchup against fly-ball pitcher Jered Weaver offers optimism for a third straight game with a dinger.

Weaver's 45.9 percent fly-ball rate and 35 percent hard-hit rate have led to opponents launching 14 long balls against him in just 11 starts. He has been abused by both lefties and righties, posting nearly identical splits throughout his career.

Beltran has also posted similar splits throughout his career, although his hard-hit rate is higher against righties than lefties. In a home matchup against Weaver, with the wind blowing out at nearly 15 miles per hour, Beltran is a very hard player to fade tonight.
