Domingo Santana's career numbers aren't staggering by any means, but his platoon splits are pretty dramatic, and his numbers against left-handed pitchers are excellent. He has a .296/.400/.510 slash with a .394 wOBA and .214 ISO against lefties through his young career.

Sean Manaea will be on the mound for the Athletics tonight, and while he doesn't have a big sample of Major League action, he has a 6.16 ERA and 4.67 SIERA through his first seven games, while owning a 5.45 xFIP against righties.

Santana also benefits tonight from hitting playing in Miller Park tonight, which is one of the most hitter-friendly parks in the Majors.
