Adam Conley, SP, Miami Marlins

FanDuel Price: $8,000

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

A few weeks ago, Adam Conley would have been the chalk in a matchup against the Braves. After a seven-walk performance in his last start, people are likely to be a bit more hesitant to spend $8,000 on him, though. As mentioned earlier, King Felix and Scherzer will likely be the most popular options.

Why You Should Use Him:

Any time you get a decent lefty on the mound against Atlanta, they at least deserve consideration. The Braves' .257 wOBA against lefties is comically bad, as is their .086 ISO. Both marks rank dead last in the Majors. Atlanta also offers some strikeout upside, ranking seventh in strikeout rate against southpaws this season.

Conley has been inconsistent this season, but has flashed big upside. Most notably, he put up 56 FanDuel points in a near no-hitter against Milwaukee, but he also has three other games with 40-plus FanDuel points on his ledger.

His inflated walk rate is certainly a cause for concern, but Atlanta's 6.3 percent walk rate ranks 27th in the league. His matchup should be enough to cover his flaws in this one. Expect Conley's already respectable 21.8 percent strikeout rate to jump up after this matchup. He is an excellent tournament option tonight and makes it much easier to fit in some of the bats from the Coors game.
