Bryce Harper, OF, Washington Nationals

FanDuel Price: $4,300

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Bryce Harper has cooled off recently and is part of an outfield position with several different directions to go in when constructing rosters. Among expensive options, Mike Trout, Mookie Betts, Jackie Bradley, and Gregory Polanco are more likely to be popular plays.

Why You Should Use Him:

Nothing spells out a get-right game like a matchup with Matt Harvey these days. Heading into the season, I certainly didn't think I'd write that sentence, but with the way the reeling Harvey has been pitching, it's true. Harvey gave up nine runs in just two and two-third innings in his most recent start, and his season ERA now sits at an appalling 5.77 (with a 4.07 SIERA).

Harvey has allowed lefties to hit him better in his career, and Harper has absolutely crushed righties throughout his time in the Majors. This game will also be played at Nationals Park, where Harper put up some ludicrous splits against righties. Against righties at home last season, Harper posted a .487 wOBA, along with a .702 slugging percentage and .370 ISO.

That's some serious power. Combine that with Harvey's recent struggles, and it seems the worst case scenario for Harper is that he gets pitched around and piles up the walks. The best case scenario is scary to picture. At this price, against Harvey, it feels like stealing to get Harper at low ownership.
