We don't have a huge sample size of data on him yet, but Mike Wright has posted some brutal numbers through 18 Major League games. He has a 4.91 SIERA and 14.2% strikeout rate while giving up 1.46 home runs per nine innings. Even though he has been better against right-handed hitters than lefties, he is still allowing a .327 wOBA and sporting a 5.14 xFIP to righties.

Justin Upton is a righty who doesn't lose much value against right-handed pitching. He has a career .347 wOBA and .190 ISO with a 33.8% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching.
