David Freese, 3B, Los Angeles Dodgers

Price: $2,200

David Freese is also struggling to start 2019, but he's made only 10 plate appearances, so again that's not much of a concern.

His .357 wOBA in 2018 was his best since 2012, but even his numbers from the season before that (.326 in 2017 and .334 in 2016) are solid for a guy priced only $200 above the minimum salary.

His production is also markedly better against southpaws, with a .377 wOBA in 2018 and a .364 in 2017 (on at least 125 plate appearances in each season), which makes today's matchup against Derek Holland and the San Francisco Giants a pretty appealing one.

Holland did show some improvement last year, with a.4.20 SIERA after finishing with marks above 5.00 in each of the previous two seasons, but that's still not nearly a strong enough mark to scare you off opposing hitters in fantasy.

The Dodgers have a top-five implied total on the slate, and Freese is a good way to get cheap exposure to their offense.
