Rowdy Tellez, 1B, Toronto Blue Jays

Price: $2,300

Another cheap way to get some big upside at first base, Rowdy Tellez remains priced only $300 above the minimum even after cranking a three-run home run yesterday. This already would have been low before the homer too, after he racked up a .392 wOBA and .300 ISO in his first career major league action in 2018.

We're dealing with super small samples for Tellez, tallying only 79 plate appearances so far, but his career .406 wOBA and .324 ISO come on a 39.6% hard-hit rate and 37.7% fly-ball rate. So, even if regression hits his 25.0% home-run-to-fly-ball rate (which is likely), he's still got plenty of upside with his power.

Baltimore Orioles righty David Hess doesn't look like he'll post much of a threat to slow Tellez down, either. In 22 career big league games, Hess has struggled to the tune of a 5.10 SIERA while giving up a 32.2% hard-hit and 46.9% fly-ball rate.
