J.D. Martinez, OF, Boston Red Sox

Price: $4,700

On the other end of the spectrum, Boston's 5.45 implied total is Thursday's highest, as they take on the Toronto Blue Jays and right-hander Sam Gaviglio.

Gaviglio is showing some improvement since his 2017 rookie campaign, despite his significantly worse ERA, but his 4.05 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA) is still not a scary mark. He's also allowing a 34.5% hard-hit rate, leaving opposing batters with plenty of room for upside.

J.D. Martinez isn't a guy who needs much help finding his upside either, particularly against right-handed pitching. He has crushed righties for a 44.8% hard-hit and 10.1% soft-hit rate on the year, which has translated to a .434 wOBA and .327 ISO. Those marks are first and second, respectively, among qualifying hitters this year.
