J.D. Martinez, OF, Boston Red Sox

Price: $4,600

Playing at home against the Toronto Blue Jays and southpaw Ryan Borucki, the Boston Red Sox is in a great spot, boasting an implied total of 5.33.

Borucki has made 13 starts this season (his first in the Majors), and has struggled to the tune of an ugly 4.96 SIERA. As a guy who only managed a 4.17 xFIP in 13 Triple-A starts this year, those struggles aren't especially surprising either.

J.D. Martinez is not a kind man to opposing pitchers. In 2018, he has clobbered them for a 45.0% hard-hit, 10.5% soft-hit and 32.7% fly-ball rate, which has translated to a .429 wOBA and .304 ISO. Just looking at his numbers when playing in Fenway, that wOBA jumps to .452 while his ISO goes up to .355.
