Luke Voit, 1B, New York Yankees

Price: $2,000

The New York Yankees have a big 5.33 implied total tonight, which is the slate's second-highest mark. Chicago White Sox' southpaw Carlos Rodon has an impressive ERA this year, but his career-worst 4.64 SIERA indicates he hasn't been pitching nearly as well as that ERA makes it look.

Luke Voit has only made 45 plate appearances this season, but he has been absolutely raking, with a .433 wOBA and .300 ISO in that sample. Those marks aren't likely sustainable, but he also posted a big .391 wOBA and .201 ISO at the Triple-A level this year (271 plate appearances), so there's plenty of room for him to regress but continue to produce well.

Bringing that production into a plus matchup creates plenty of fantasy appeal, and he's also priced all the way down at the minimum tonight. That leaves him as Monday's best point-per-dollar value, according to numberFire's projections.
