Josh Bell, 1B, Pittsburgh Pirates

Josh Bell's numbers are down a bit to start the season, but he's still sporting a not-terrible .311 wOBA.

Looking at his first three seasons in the Majors, the switch-hitter has done his best work against right-handed pitching, turning in a .331 wOBA and .178 ISO on a 32.1% hard-hit rate. He brings that into a plus matchup against Jefry Rodriguez, and we that we can afford to look past his down numbers from this season.

Rodriguez has played in only four Major League games, but his numbers aren't promising as he's got a 4.84 SIERA and 41.5% hard-hit rate. He threw only one Triple-A game in his career, with a 5.51 xFIP in that outing, and the last time he found consistent success was with a 3.68 xFIP at the Double-A level.

The Pittsburgh Pirates have a decent 4.46 implied total in this one, and it is certainly a matchup Bell can take advantage of.
