It's been a bumpy road for Madison Bumgarner, who has missed parts of time the last two seasons with the San Francisco Giants. Back in action after missing some time at the start of 2018, MadBum has been nasty, especially against same-sided bats. Since the start of the 2017 season, the southpaw has allowed only a .226 wOBA and 25.3% hard-hit rate to lefties.

Charlie Blackmon will be looking to break out of a recent slump in returning to Coors Field, but tonight may not be the first step in his road to recovery. This year versus left-handers, Blackmond has seen a precipitous dip in production, recording a mere .108 isolated power, 29.3% hard-hit rate, and 31.6% fly-ball rate.

Blackmon normally makes for a dynamite play at Coors, but this isn't the spot to pay up for him.
