Francisco Liriano has allowed a particularly high 34.8% hard-hit rate to right-handed bats this year, with a 5.01 xFIP. That brings his averages over the last two seasons to a .358 wOBA, 5.36 xFIP and 33.8% hard-hit rate allowed to righties.

Kevin Pillar is a very cost-effective way to get exposure to this terrific matchup, sitting only $100 above the minimum from the right side of the plate.

Pillar has made 253 plate appearances against lefties over the last two seasons, turning in a reasonable .338 wOBA and a strong .200 ISO. He also adds appeal on the basepaths, with 10 steals through 80 games in 2018.
