Andrew Benintendi, OF, Boston Red Sox

FanDuel Price: $4,700

Andrew Benintendi may be expensive and have a lefty-lefty matchup against Matt Boyd, but he had a similar situation against southpaw Blaine Hardy on Wednesday, and that didn't stop him from slugging a home run and racking up 31.4 FanDuel points. Benintendi has now hit three dingers in the last four games, and seemingly can do no wrong at the plate. Since the beginning of May, he's posted a .439 wOBA and .321 ISO.

Boyd isn't exactly an imposing opponent with a 4.82 SIERA, and he's also allowing a 41.7% hard-hit rate and 50.0% fly-ball rate against left-handed batters, although the sample is a mere 52 batters faced. Benintendi didn't show much against southpaws in 2017, but he could be improving given his solid .208 ISO against them this year.

Boston has the highest implied team total on the board (5.31), and Benintendi is a great guy to pivot to off of more obvious choices in J.D. Martinez and Xander Bogaerts. Plus, Benintendi is slotted into the leadoff spot.
