With 14 games on the main slate, a modest offense like the Chicago White Sox isn't a team that's likely to garner a lot of looks. But Yoan Moncada came off the disabled list today, and he's been a one-man wrecking crew for the Sox.

Moncada should slot right back into the leadoff spot in a solid matchup against Trevor Williams, who has a poor 5.33 SIERA, 15.8% strikeout rate, and 10.9% walk rate.

Of course, Moncada's 37.1% strikeout rate renders him tournament-only status, but the upside is impressive. His average exit velocity ranks top-five in the league, and despite the aid of an unsustainable .407 BABIP, he still holds a robust .401 expected weighted on-base average (xwOBA). Moncada even adds some upside on the base paths, going a perfect 4-of-4 in stolen-base tries this season.

Moncada is as boom-or-bust as they come, but it's tough to find this kind of ceiling at second base, so keep him in mind if you have the salary to spare.
