Mike Trout, OF, Los Angeles Angels

Price: $5,300

With career averages of a .413 wOBA and .261 isolated slugging (ISO), it has been no surprise to see Mike Trout open 2018 with a .419 wOBA and .318 ISO. His batted-ball profile over a small sample this season has been particularly interesting for fantasy purposes, as he's on pace for career-highs in both hard-hit (46.2%) and fly-ball (51.9%) rates.

Making Trout a consistently exciting fantasy producer, righty-versus-righty matchup don't tend to slow him down any. Dating back to the start of last season, his 40.8% hard-hit and 46.6% fly-ball rate against right-handed pitching has translated to a .442 wOBA and .347 ISO.

Boston Red Sox righty Rick Porcello is off to a strong start to the season, but it's hard to put too much stock into his numbers over a small three-start sample. He's only allowing a 21.4% hard-hit rate, and when you compare that to the 38.3% he posted last year (his third-straight year of at least 30.0%), that's not at all likely to be a sustainable mark. He wasn't especially deadly against right-handed hitters last year either, allowing a 35.7% hard-hit rate and a .336 wOBA.
