Kyle Gibson, SP, Minnesota Twins

On a slate lacking pitching options, Kyle Gibson appears to be getting some love from the Detroit Tigers' implied total, which sits at just 3.73. And truth be told, Gibson has put up some solid FanDuel scores lately, with five of his last seven outings reaching 40 or more points.

Still, those nice scores seem to be more from some fortuitous luck in wins than anything else -- he's earned the win in six of those starts. On the other hand, his strikeout rate over that span is 22.7% -- certainly above-average, but not really what we're looking for out of a DFS arm. A 3.41 xFIP is promising, but he's also allowed a 37.6% hard-hit rate.

In all, despite some improvements in his recent form, Gibson still has limited upside, and his season marks remain underwhelming. Over 28 starts, he has just a 4.76 SIERA and 17.0% strikeout rate.
