Chicago White Sox righty Dylan Covey has been brutal through 17 major league games (11 starts) this year, which is evidenced by his 5.76 SIERA. It won't get any easier tonight, as the Los Angeles Angels are the only team with a higher implied total (5.38) than the A's.

Even by his own lofty standards, Mike Trout is having a terrific year from the dish -- his .435 wOBA and .316 ISO are both on pace to be career highs for a single season.

Covey's numbers against right-handed bats have been especially egregious. He's allowing a .448 wOBA, 40.9% hard-hit rate, and 6.48 xFIP, while Trout's best work coming against right-handed pitching (a 39.8% hard-hit rate and .447 wOBA).
